Fluttering Louisville in March

Snowing, reading in  
the white light poems of a 
son and the life of  

a son. The author,  
my younger brother, quotes parts 
cooking in Portland. 

Years of Bacon squeaked 
the car door, listened to a  
friend’s QR code, the  

article shaky 
also. It’s the same in the
kitchen, where Jade is

laughing and cooking
and looking at snow 20
area years since.
